Before Noloco, Fergmar Enterprises greatly struggled with communication across their many teams.
One critical area of their business that suffered the most was payment approvals. The process was very manual and often involved manually passing pieces of paper between desks. This often resulted in contractors not getting paid on schedule because their bills had been misplaced.
What Fergmar desperately needed was a system to collect, manage and approve these contractor payments. They tried using Google Sheets, but it was not suitable for an approval system where it was necessary to control user access.

Using the action buttons feature, they have been able to create a five-tier approval system from employees up to managers and executives. They were able to achieve the level of customisation needed to fit their process perfectly.
